Terms & Conditions
Repairs – 60 days covering manufacturing defects and labor.
Custom PCs – 1 year covering manufacturing defects and labor. In case of warranty service – FoxPC will cover shipping back to customer only. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of the product to FoxPC and return shipping costs if product is found to be out of warranty coverage (ex: physical damage, misuse, software issue, etc).
New products – 30 days store warranty + manufacturer warranty. If a product is defective within 30 days of purchase we repair it or replace it with similar product per our discretion. After 30 days the customer must contact the manufacturer to obtain service or repair for the product (we will be glad to assist with the process)
Used/refurbished products – 60 days store warranty. If a product is defective within 60 days of purchase we will repair it or replace it with similar product per our discretion.
WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS:
User Damage – Warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by user (intentional or not). Examples of user damage: physical damage, liquid damage, overclocking, improper BIOS updates or modifications.
Software – Warranty does not cover software issues caused by user such as but not limited to: viruses, malware, improper software installation or configuration and failed system updates.
Screens – warranty on replacement screen is void in case of cracks or visible scratches.
Used Batteries – Used devices will have less than new battery life. We guarantee batteries to charge without errors and have at least 80% health capacity.
RETURNS (NO EXCEPTIONS):
We strive for customer satisfaction and in case of unexpected problems we try to offer the most reasonable and fair solution.
Return Period – 7-day return policy. Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging and accessories provided at the time of purchase. No returns after 7 days.
Restocking Fees – 20% minimum restocking fee on all returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom Built PCs – Once the build process starts, but before delivery, customer can cancel the order with a $100 cancellation fee.
NO RETURNS ON:
Special Order Parts – Once the part is ordered it cannot be returned.
Custom Built PCs – Once delivered to the customer a custom-built PC cannot be returned. In case of a defect, we will repair and replace necessary components.
FEES:
Diagnostic fee – we charge a diagnostic fee (starting at $80) for any labor performed not covered by warranty. The diagnostic fee gets fully credited towards repair labor if customer chooses to proceed with repair.
Deposit – $100 minimum deposit fee must be paid when ordering a custom PC – this fee is credited towards the price of the PC.
REPAIR DISCLAIMER(S):
It is customer’s responsibility to back up all existing data, software and programs before leaving the device for diagnostics, service or repair. We are not responsible for the loss or recovery of data or programs, or loss of use of system(s) arising out of services or support or any act of omission, including negligence, by FoxPC
Parts used in repairing or servicing product(s) may be new, equivalent-to-new, or reconditioned.
We test device functionality when we receive it from the customer (at drop-off). We will not be held responsible for any functions that cannot be tested at drop-off.
